Short version: this is a free arcade site. Play the games, use the optional score-saving feature if you want it, and treat both other people and us fairly. The longer version is below.
AltTabArcade is a general-audience entertainment site and is not directed to or marketed toward children. You must be at least 13 years old to use this site, including playing any game or creating a nickname through the score-saving feature. By using AltTabArcade, you represent that you are 13 or older. If we become aware that a user under 13 has created a nickname or otherwise used the score-saving feature, we will delete that nickname and all associated data without notice.
AltTabArcade is free to use. No account, sign-up, or payment is required to play any game on the site. Some games use simulated play currency for casino-style mechanics (roulette, blackjack, poker) — this has no real-world value, cannot be purchased or redeemed, and does not constitute real-money gambling.
We offer an optional way to save your scores and progress across games using a nickname and a PIN you choose yourself. This feature exists purely as a convenience. It is not required to play any game, and no part of the site depends on it.
We do not collect email addresses, real names, or any other personal information to create a nickname. We ask that you not use your real name as your nickname. Because we don't collect any contact information, we have no way to verify who you are, recover a lost nickname, reset a forgotten PIN, or restore a lost or corrupted save file. There is no "forgot password" option and there will not be one — if you lose your nickname or PIN, that save is gone. We recommend screenshotting or writing down your nickname and PIN somewhere safe immediately after creating them, since that's the only backup that exists.
We do not monitor accounts, and we are not responsible for lost, deleted, altered, or inaccessible scores, achievements, or save data for any reason, including but not limited to a lost PIN, a cleared browser, a server issue, or an error on our part. Using this feature means accepting that risk. If that's not a tradeoff you want to make, simply don't create a nickname — every game is fully playable without one.
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe or attack the score-saving system, impersonate someone else's nickname, or use the site for anything illegal. We reserve the right to remove any saved data that violates these terms.
The site, its games, and the score-saving feature are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep things working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any particular game, score, or feature will always be available.
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
